I’ve known Joe for some time and have seen first hand what he can do in the way of marketing and creating results for his clients/friends. Joe had a knack for taking the average and ordinary and making it extraordinary. His knowledge and skill sets go beyond other realtors, especially in the areas social media and getting potential prospects to see and fall in love with his products/services (in this case, homes). Even if you have a realtor that your working with, it would be smart just to take a minute and talk to Joe. If you don’t end up doing business with him, you will at least have made a new friend.

Joe was GREAT to work with! He answered all my questions and got back to me right away if he didn’t know the answer. He was up front, honest, thorough, on time and up to speed with every thing. I could call or text him at any time and he would always answer/respond. He really made sure we were taken care of through the whole process, not just with the sellers, but the mortgage loan company and the title company as well.
